Fighting: Dean's just a regular old human so if you have super human strength, feel free to beat Dean up. Just know that he is pretty used to dealing with the supernatural (and taking his knocks). He does have a lot of combat experience so do expect him to hold his own in a brawl.
Affection: Feel free to be as affectionate as you like. He enjoys women so expect him to hit on all the girls at least a little bit. Just note that anything more than a surface relationship is going to require one heck of a lot of CR to get there. As for sex, I've tried writing it for Dean and it just never worked for me so if you want it, let's discuss what we can and can't handwave and go from there.
